  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).

  • Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within 7–10 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure access to the property and that the items ordered will fit.

  • Additional charges may apply for deliveries to upper floors or remote areas.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and fit for resale.

  • Custom-made items and unsealed mattresses are non-returnable unless faulty.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Damages & Faults

  • Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If an item is damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

  • We reserve the right to repair or replace the item before issuing a refund.

7. Liability

  • Home Furniture Warehouse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or goods.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, suppliers, or events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law
