Delivery & Returns
At Home Furniture Warehouse, we aim to make your delivery experience smooth and hassle-free. We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:

Standard Delivery (Free to England & Wales):
Most orders are delivered within 7–10 working days. We’ll contact you at least two days prior to confirm a delivery date and time slot. -
Two-Man Delivery Service:
Larger items such as sofas and dining sets are delivered by a professional two-man team to the ground floor of your property. -
Courier Delivery for Beds & Rugs:
Smaller items are shipped via trusted courier partners, usually within 2 working days, and include tracking with a 2-hour delivery window. -
Premier Delivery Service:
Available for sofas, this white-glove service includes placement in your chosen room, full assembly, and removal of all packaging.
Please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for the delivery.
Additional Charges

Upper Floor Deliveries: Additional charges apply for deliveries above the ground floor.

Remote Areas: Delivery to certain locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands) may take longer and incur a surcharge.
Returns & Cancellations
We want you to love your furniture, but if you change your mind:

Change of Mind Returns:
You have 14 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. -
Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. -
Custom Orders & Mattresses:
Items made to order or unsealed mattresses cannot be returned unless faulty. -
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after dispatch may be subject to return fees.
