Q: What is your standard delivery service?

  • Sofas/Dining Sets: Delivered by a two-man team to the ground floor.

  • Beds/Rugs: Delivered via trusted couriers within 2 working days, with tracking and a 2-hour time slot provided.

Q: Does the furniture require assembly?
Some items require simple assembly, like attaching legs. Others may need full assembly depending on the design.

Q: What is your Premier Delivery Service?
Available for sofas, this service includes ground floor delivery, full product assembly, and removal of all packaging.

Q: How long does delivery take?
Typically within 7–10 working days, though remote areas may take longer.

Q: How will I know my delivery date?
We’ll call you at least two days in advance to confirm your delivery date and time slot.

Q: Are there surcharges for upper-floor deliveries?

Q: Can I collect my order?
Yes. You can collect your order from our warehouse by appointment. Bring a valid photo ID matching the order name and address.

Q: Do you deliver overseas?
No, we only deliver within the UK. However, we can deliver to a UK-based shipping company if you're arranging international delivery.

Q: Where do you deliver?
We deliver to England and Wales free of charge. Delivery to Scotland includes a surcharge (up to £150) and may take longer.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, or Isle of Man.

Q: What do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free to England and Wales. Scottish deliveries may include a small fee depending on location (never more than £150).
